Past Program:
September 19, 2023 - Kori Thornton of Kori's Fabric Creations
Kori of Kori's Fabric Creations was our Sept program. She sadly shared with us that she is liquidating her shop due to some issues with the city instigated by a competitor, and is now moving on to a new life in Idaho. We are all going to miss you!
She shared with us several of her shop samples, some of which she still has kits for sale. Even though her shop is technically closed, she is still able to have a "yardage" (garage) sale. So she will be announcing days and times you can come to buy yardage, tools, patterns, kits to help her liquidate her inventory. You can also call her and find out when you can stop by to help her out.
Good luck Kori in all your future endeavors!

Upcoming programs:
October 17, 2023 - Kristin Laura Designs
I began quilting in 1999 when my best friend, Wendy, told me she was pregnant. Wendy and I have been friends since second grade, and we were the maid-of-honor in each other’s weddings. I wanted to do something special for her first baby, so I decided to make a baby quilt from my bridesmaid dress. I bought “Your First Quilt Book” by Carol Doak and headed to my local quilt shop to buy coordinating fabrics to pair with my purple acetate dress. It was a stressful endeavor, but my quilt turned out and was much loved by Wendy and her son Gavin. Check out her website: https://kristinlaura.com/
Kristin will also be teaching a workshop on Wed Oct 18, 2023. Check for detail on our Workshop page.
